I am an Accredited NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Trainer, and also hold a NLP Master
Practitioner and Coaching Master and a UK Athletics Level 2 Endurance Running coach. I am also
the writer and trainer for the Institute of Administrative Managers ‘Principles of Writing for
Business’ and ‘The Art of taking Minutes’.
I have worked with both the public and private sector and across a range of business and sports delivering talks and workshops at business and sports conferences including the Annual Global PA/EA Summit in Vienna, Executive PA Forum Ireland in Dublin, Greenlight PT Training Camp Weekend, SMART Way Forward conferences and UK Athletics as part of their Coach share conference.
I am a volunteer member of Lostwithiel Flood Watch, Cornwall Air Ambulance and Houndsfirst Sighthound Rescue.
